Q: Are HAVVN products still available?

A: Yes. Product can be purchased for a limited time at new lower pricing on HAVVN.com. Autoship orders will continue to ship at the new pricing. If you would like to change or cancel your autoship order you can email customerservice@havvn.com or use this form to request assistance.

Q: How can I reach HAVVN with outstanding questions or issues?

A: All inquiries should be directed to HAVVN.com or customerservice@havvn.com.

Q: Will current HAVVN IBOs continue to have access to the HAVVN Back Office?

A: Back Office access will be discontinued immediately; questions should be directed to HAVVN.com.

Q: Will product sales and autoships continue to be commissionable?

A: No. No product sales or autoships will be commissionable after November 27th, 2011.

Q: When will outstanding commissions be calculated?

A: All outstanding commissions will be calculated as of the close of business on November 28, 2011.

Q: When will commission checks be mailed?

A: Commission checks will be mailed on or before the December 31, 2011

Q: Can I return HAVVN products?

A: TrendFronter Kits purchased in the US the past 60 days are eligible for return/refund before December 15. Kit items must be returned in salable condition. Defective products may be returned consistent with our current return policies. All December autoships will be eligible for a full refund.
