Revised Refund Policy as of 11/28/2011

Refunds will be issued for:

• Trendfronter kits purchased between October 1, 2011 and November 28, 2011
  • Full refunds will be given for complete unopened kits
  • Prorated refunds will be given for any unopened re-saleable kit items
  • No kit refunds will be issued after December 15, 2011
• December autoships
  • December autoships will be run with new reduced pricing
  • Refunds will not be issued for autoships prior to December

Returns will be accepted for all defective products and replaced with new products. No cash refunds will be issued

Shipping club fees are not refundable

• Customers on shipping club will continue to receive their autoships with free shipping
